Siiri + Aaron {Hotel Emma Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception, San Antonio TX}

Summer is in full swing here. On a hot summer day, Hotel Emma is a perfect wedding location. Their indoor spaces are as gorgeous as the outdoor ones, so you can cool off while still getting amazing portraits. A total dream for a Texas wedding photographer :) Siiri and Aaron chose Hotel Emma because they’ve always had a love for all things vintage, but they like to add their own modern touches. She said, “The Emma has that elegant vintage charm combined with chic understated modern touches. It just feels like…us.”

Siiri and Aaron focused their day on friends and family. Siiri’s brother was their sweet and funny officiant. I absolutely love the personal touches of a ceremony where the officiant has a close connection to the couple. There were lots of laughs and a few tears, the perfect ceremony combination.

My favorite part of the day was during their reception, watching Siiri’s delight as Aaron serenaded her with a song he wrote and followed that up by rocking out with the band for a whole set. Siiri’s uncle joined in with some amazing vocals and harmonica playing!!! It was such a fun party celebrating a beautiful couple.
