Larissa + Nolan {McNay Art Museum Wedding & Reception, San Antonio Texas}

Happy 2014, everybody!! We are kicking off the new year in style… with Larissa and Nolan’s bee-yoo-tee-ful wedding at the McNay Art Museum! We heart these two… They are pretty much the best couple ever. :) They braved the cold, December weather in the name of getting some amazing photos. And we definitely did. :) Here are our favorite images from their big day!

Larissa and Nolan had an evening ceremony. Because it was dark when the ceremony was over, they saw each other beforehand to get lots of natural-light photos. As a result, they were able to have their ceremony at sunset AND have tons of natural light images AND (last but not least) get to their reception much faster. I’m obsessed with these images (above) of Nolan seeing Larissa for the first time. The bottom left if one of my all-time favorite “first look” images! Brace yourself for the most gorgeous reception images of all time. :) The McNay is such a gorgeous place for wedding receptions… their professional lighting is uh-maz-ing (wouldn’t you agree?) Having pro lighting at your reception adds so much to your photos and to the atmosphere of the room.
