Susan + Kyle {Don Strange Ranch Wedding Ceremony & Wedding Reception, Kendall Creek, Boerne TX}

Susan and Kyle got married last Saturday at Kendall Creek at Don Strange Ranch in Boerne, Texas. Complete with an open-air barn, longhorns (yes, real ones!) and lots of fun/rustic places to take photos… such a great, Texas-y place to tie the knot. :-) After the randomly cold/cloudy weather during the week, the weekend cleared up for what I like to call wedding weather…Sunny, but not hot, breezy, but not windy. Just perfect. :-) Here are our favorites from Susan & Kyle’s wedding day. Enjoy!

Susan & Kyle got married close to sunset. Because they wanted lots of natural-light portraits (and we got lots of those!!), they saw each other before the ceremony. As a special surprise, Susan gave Kyle a framed photo from her bridal session. Susan with their adorable dog, Annie (I’m guessing “Annie” is short for “AnnieTheCutestDogEver,” but I’m just guessing). We love first looks! It’s such a sweet, intimate moment between the bride and groom where they can have a few minutes of alone time and calm their nerves. :-) The photos above are a few shots from the moment Susan and Kyle first saw each other.
