What can I say about Lindsay and Eddie’s session? It was crazy, memorable, fun and quite unique. It all started off in the usual e-session way. Me saying, “Hi, nice to meet you. Relax, have fun. Make sure you are comfortable. I’ll let you know if you need to do something different.” We walk a couple of blocks, choose a good spot and start shooting.
It was pretty chilly that morning, so they both had on jackets for the walk that they didn’t want in the photos. No problem, you say? Lindsay laid her jacket down on the ground behind me. We shoot for 10 minutes or so. Then we get ready to move on to the next location. Wait! Her jacket is gone!! Disappeared right in front of us. What a cool magic trick, you say? Ummmm NO!! Lindsay’s cell phone and the one key to their car was in the jacket pocket! Grrrrr….what a mean person to take her jacket! Oh and did I mention that Lindsay and Eddie are from Houston. No way to go home and grab an extra key.
So Eddie calls AAA, we wait for the tow truck, head to a dealership to have a new key made. We then decide that we all need a little time to relax before I have to go back to being creative and they have to be cute. A few cups of coffee and a couple of bagels later, we go back downtown to finish what we started : )
Lindsay and Eddie are awesome. They never got angry, they thought of all the good things that would come from the one bad thing (#1 Lindsay got an iPhone to replace her other phone! #2 We got to hang out all day). I can’t imagine better people to be in a bad situation with. Thanks Lindsay and Eddie for being crazy fun and ridiculously easy going. I CANNOT wait for your wedding!!!
