Emily + Ben {Horseshoe Bay Resort Marriott Wedding Reception, Horseshoe Bay TX}

You know those people that you just “click with” the second you meet? Introducing Emily and Ben! (Ok, technically not “introducing” since their downtown San Antonio engagement session was on the blog last month. But you get the idea) ;) The first time we met up with these two, it was like we were hanging out with old friends. We talked and laughed for nearly 2 hours. They shared the story of how they met (Emily approached Ben with the best line ever: “Hi, I’m Emily. And you need to know me.” Ha!) and lots of other fun stories too. Getting to know couples like this is what makes our job so gosh-darn fun. :-)  Here are our favorite shots from their wedding day. Enjoy!

Emily & Ben’s ceremony took place St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. They were married by the same priest that married Emily’s parents. How awesome is that? :-)

That moment when the sun is setting in just the right spot and you take one of your favorite ceremony shots EVER. ;-)

Reception time! Emily & Ben’s wedding reception was held at the Horseshoe Bay Resort Marriott in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. It was our first time shooting there and we loved it!
