Cruz & Amanda {Gruene, TX Engagement Photos}

These summer sessions with the floral dresses and lots of sunshine are making me so happy!! An afternoon in a small Texas town with a sweet couple is my kind of fun :)

Amanda and Cruz have been together for half of their lives!!!! They met when they were just 15 and have been together for 15 years. Their first meeting was thanks to Amanda’s self-described, clumsy tendencies. While rushing through the hallways to avoid being late to class, she literally ran into Cruz. Her first memory of him was thinking that he was a giant. While Cruz had to know more about this cute girl who crashed his into him, Amanda was hesitant. She made him do some chasing, but finally gave him a chance and now they are getting married!!!

I loved hearing their stories and watching them together while we explored Gruene, TX and the nearby river. Thank you Amanda and Cruz for inviting me to capture this special time. I can’t wait for your Incarnate Word wedding this fall!!!
