Chelsea and Clayton got married last Friday at the gorgeous Southwest School of Arts and Crafts. It is such a great place to get married, right on the river, with beautiful gardens for portraits. After muggy, sticky weather during the week, the weekend cleared up for what I like to call wedding weather…Sunny, but not hot, breezy, but not windy. Just perfect.
From the first time we first met with Chelsea and Clayton, I knew she was my kind of bride. She had tons of photos printed out for wedding inspiration. She even had the same bouquet photo that I used for reference when making the bouquets for my wedding! Needless to say, we’ve been looking forward to their wedding for quite awhile. We loved all her little details, from the mason jars to the killer purple heels.
P.S. We are insanely busy this month and have tons of awesome blog posts waiting in the wings, so check back soon and often!!

The beautiful flowers were by Alamo Plant and Petal.

Here are the killer heels I was talking about. I think every bride should have awesome shoes.
Chelsea’s dress is one of my all time favorites. The details were amazing. Love, love.
When couples decide to see each other before the ceremony it is like the cherry on top of a hot fudge sundae! We got plenty of time for portraits and they didn’t have to miss out on any of their reception. Win-Win-Win!

Killer heels and cowboy boots. I love it! So southern : )

The real deal above and the behind the scenes below.
