Catherine + Nick’s Hotel Emma Wedding Ceremony & Reception {San Antonio, TX}

Joy!!! This day was pure joy. I don’t know that I have ever laughed this much at a wedding. Catherine is a beam of sunshine. Just being around her and Nick made me happy. Currently, they live in London, so the first time I met them was when I knocked on the door of Catherine’s suite on her wedding day. As soon as she answered the door, I felt like I was hanging out with old friends.

Catherine did an wonderful job of planning from so far away. There were challenges along the way, but the day of was perfection. She even had to make a last minute dress change and found her stunning gown just one month before their big day.

Hotel Emma has quickly become one of my favorite venues for weddings. It’s gorgeous and intimate (and the staff is AMAZING!!) Oh, and the food – DEEEEEEE-LICOUS!!! When the bride sends me a bite of her own dessert on her fork because “you just HAVE to try it” (thanks, Catherine!) you know that it’s a special day.

Catherine and Nick, thank you for inviting us to witness your love. It was pure delight!
