Caitlin + Joey {Hidden Falls Wedding Reception at Remi's Ridge, Spring Branch TX} • Bend The Light

Prepare yourself for all the pretty! Caitlin wanted her big day to feel classic and elegant and the team from Chic Concepts made her vision come to life. The blush, navy, and ivory color palette was taken up a notch with gold accents and LOTS of sparkle!

From the morning preparations until the sparkler exit, their day was full of excitement and was filled with fun surprises for everyone. Before I even entered the gorgeous getting ready room at Remi’s Ridge, I could hear laughter. I don’t have just one favorite moment from the day… my favorite moments were everyone’s sweet reactions all throughout. Caitlin’s bridesmaids were so supportive and excited for her. I loved their reactions to seeing her in her dress for the first time, as it all became real. Both Caitlin and Joey’s reactions to the letters and gifts they exchanged were sweet and sentimental, adding to the anticipation of seeing each other as Caitlin walked down the aisle at St. Joseph Catholic Church-Honey Creek. When Caitlin entered their reception space, she literally squealed with delight. But the surprises weren’t over. Caitlin surprised Joey, who isn’t a cake fan, with his favorite, Krispy Kreme donuts as a delicious twist on a groom’s cake. See all of these reactions (and many more) in the photos below!

Oh, and let me tell you again about my obsession with veils. I adore the added texture and life veils bring to wedding images. Caitlin and Joey’s wedding day was extra breezy. Some of my favorite images are the results of a gust of wind causing Caitlin’s veil to be playfully tossed around. If you are a bride who is indecisive about adding a veil to your wedding, these images may sway you to to Team Veil!
