Because of the ridiculous Texas heat, a lot of our couples waited to shoot their session until the weather cooled off, so now we are Engagement Session Grand Central Station! Wow! It has been crazy, but so much fun. I love to shoot these sessions because they are such a great way for us to get to know our clients. Like a little practice run for the wedding. You learn how we shoot and we learn what you like.
My session with Amy and Eric was a perfect example. We were laughing the whole way through it, jaywalking, and waiting for random guy’s smoking break to be over so we can have that cool alley all to ourselves. I cannot wait to shoot their wedding at the beautiful Becker Vineyards. I’ve been wanting to shoot there for quite a while. Yay!! Special thanks to Amy and Eric for driving from Dallas just for the session and being so gosh-darn cute. Thanks guys!!

Eric is such a funny guy : ) I don’t know what it was that he was saying, but he had Amy cracking up!
We got a few questioning looks from the guys taking the trash out just to the left of Amy and Eric. Oh well, I liked the yellow posts.

We always tell our couples to be creative and show their personality. Well, Amy and Eric went all the way. He likes the ocean and scuba diving and she is a skiing mountain girl. They will probably kill me for posting these, but they are just too fun to pass up. You two are too cool!!
